Direct Support ProfessionalWe are actively hiring for Direct Support Professionals to work PRN at our Residential Treatment Facility for children and adolescents in Simpsonville, SC.Note: All candidates must complete onsite new-hire orientation and on-the-job training that lasts for 3 weeks.PRN DSP HIGHLIGHTS:Flexibility to pick up AM or PM shifts!Competitive compensation at $16 per hour!Paid on-the-job training!Job Description:Broadstep Behavioral Health is actively hiring for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the Greenville area for our Simpsonville, SC location. The role of the Direct Support Professional is to be a caregiver for our child and adolescent population in our residential behavioral health programs. DSPs assist our individuals in their activities of daily living (ADLs) to help them integrate and engage in their community.About the Company:Broadstep has been a leader in providing a continuum of physical, emotional, and mental support for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), mental illness, and co-occurring disorders for over 45 years.Broadstep's South Carolina programs provide comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and other diagnoses that may impact their behaviors.
