Job description
Health by Design invites Texas-licensed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join a PRN, exempt role focused on thoughtful, patient-centered care.
Practice medicine without RVU pressure in a value-based model, with longer visits and an integrated care team. Shifts run 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday; no weekends or on-call; clinics in Texas.
This position offers flexibility and meaningful patient relationships within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
