Job description
Concierge Home Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home health therapy in Ocoee, FL. The role offers a flexible schedule, PRN or 1099 contractor options, and 1:1 patient care in the home with autonomy over visits.
You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document visits using AI-assisted charting and WellSky/Kinnser EMR. OASIS/Medicare experience is a plus, with supportive mentorship and growth opportunities.
