PT assistant must be licensed in the state of Texas.2. Must have graduated from a PT assistant program approved by CAPTE and have passed a national examination for PT assistants.3. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordant with state.401K with matching opportunities, Dental, Vision and Medical Insurance.
