nAs a Fulfillment Pharmacist you will perform various duties related to the fulfillment of prescription orders. nThis is a PRN Pharmacist position to cover for the permanent staff when needed. Hours of this pharmacy are M-F, 5am-6pm, and weekends 6am-5pm. Candidate must have some availability or flexibility within that schedule.
nPrimary Responsibilities:
nnnVerify prescriptions and prescription data entered into the pharmacy computer system for accuracy
n
nnOversees the activities of pharmacy technicians and inventory personnel
n
nnOrganizes workload, sets priorities, completes assignments in a timely manner and utilizes resources appropriately while complying with department program standards
n
nnWork in the fulfillment area to provide the final quality check prior to medication being packed and shipped
n
nnPerforms all duties and functions in compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
n
nnConforms with and supports department quality assurance and improvement guidelines
n
nnLift totes 5 -10 lbs
n
nnBasic understanding of robotic automation
n
nnPosition is primarily working in a standing / walking environment
n

nRequired Qualifications:
nnnPharmacist license in good standing in the State of Arizona
n
nn1+ years of experience working as a licensed Pharmacist
n
nnAbility to navigate MS Office and a Windows based environment and the ability to create, edit, save, and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word
n
nnAbility to navigate Outlook and conduct Internet searches
n
nnAble to work the designated shift and flexible hours
n
n nPreferred Qualifications:
nnn3+ years of experience as a Pharmacist in retail pharmacy, a hospital, or managed care setting
n
nn1+ years of experience working as a Pharmacist in a fulfillment and/or mail order environment
n
nnPBM or Managed Care experience
n
nnLeadership experience
n
n nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.09 to $78.70 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
