Job description
St. David's Healthcare at Home, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a PRN Home Health COTA to provide rehabilitative services in patients' homes under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
You will assist patients with activities and exercises outlined in the treatment plan, and help monitor progress to meet goals. Responsibilities include selecting techniques, adapting activities to patient needs, documenting progress, and communicating status to families and staff.
