Job description
ALC Home Health seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver PT services on the road, following physician plans of care. The role offers per-visit compensation for standard visits and evaluations and includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, instruction for patients and families, and collaboration with the Home Health Director to coordinate care. A valid PT license and CPR certification are required.
