Job description
American Medical Home Health Services is seeking a dependable RN to provide home health visits in Northwest San Antonio and surrounding areas. You will complete comprehensive patient assessments and skilled nursing visits according to the care plan.
The role is PRN/per-visit with flexible scheduling and competitive per-visit rates. Experience with WellSky/Kinnser and NestMed AI will support documentation and care coordination.
