Job description
Choice Health at Home is seeking a Home Health Field Registered Nurse (RN) PRN in Broken Arrow, OK to deliver patient-focused care in patients' homes, performing assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.
Current RN license and CPR required; valid driver’s license and HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred. At least 2 years of home health experience is desired; auto insurance may be required where applicable.
