Job description
Choice Health At Home in Port Saint Lucie, FL is hiring a Home Health Field Registered Nurse (RN) PRN to deliver patient-centered care in patients’ homes. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care tailored to each patient, coordinating with families and the care team to promote independence and quality of life.
Active RN license, CPR, and a valid driver’s license are required; 2 years of home health experience and HomeCare HomeBase familiarity are preferred.
