Job description
BJC Home Care is seeking a PRN Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing services in the home setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with families and the interprofessional team.
A valid RN license and a driver’s license are required, with a preference for nurses with 2–5 years in home health or similar settings. The role requires flexibility to cover shifts, including two full shifts over a six-week period, and includes holiday
