Job description
Haven Healthcare in Branson, MO is seeking a Speech Therapist PRN to evaluate and treat patients in home health settings, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
You will conduct initial evaluations, administer OASIS assessments, counsel clients and families, and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians.
Missouri licensure required; prior home health and OASIS experience preferred; PRN schedule offers flexibility.
