Job description
Riverside Home Health and Hospice in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and develop care plans for patients to restore and maintain communication, swallowing, and motor functions. The role requires ASHA CCC-SLP and VDHP licensure upon hire, with CPR/BLS within 30 days.
The clinician will perform OASIS assessments, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to quality outcomes through documentation and patient progress notes.
