Job description
Elara Caring is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to serve patients in the Middlebury and Danbury area of Connecticut, delivering high-quality home health care. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and provide speech, cognitive, and swallowing therapy per physician orders.
Requires a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, an active SLP license in CT, and at least one year of clinical experience.
