Job description
Abode Hospice is actively seeking a passionate PRN Weekend Hospice RN to join our Denver, CO team. You will provide one-on-one, patient-centered care in home settings with support from a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include assessing needs, creating care plans, administering treatments, and educating families while maintaining meticulous documentation and participating in on-call rotations as needed.
