Job description
Three Oaks Hospice is seeking an experienced RN to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes within the Cumming / Dawsonville area. You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, educate families, and ensure high-quality end-of-life care while managing complex needs.
The role requires an RN license, driver’s license, CPR certification, and 2 years of clinical RN experience; hospice or home health is preferred.
