Job description
Weston County Health Services is seeking a PRN Pharmacist for our Hospital Pharmacy. The pharmacist will provide medication therapy management in collaboration with other providers to ensure safe, effective, efficient, and cost-conscious care.
Responsibilities include medication reconciliation, patient counseling, drug information, dosing, and education activities within established policies and guidelines. Qualifications include Doctorate in Pharmacy and Basic Life Support certification.
