Job description
Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled PRN ICU RN to deliver high-acuity bedside care in partner hospital intensive care units. In this flexible, per diem role, you will assess, monitor, and manage critically ill adult patients, titrate IV drips, manage ventilators, and respond to emergent situations using evidence-based protocols. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, provide clear patient and family education, and document care accurately.
