Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments in Yakima, WA. You’ll assess Medicare Advantage members in their homes, building care plans without ongoing treatment responsibilities.
You’ll create your schedule with an 8-day monthly minimum, receive competitive pay with performance incentives, and work with a user-friendly EMR on an iPad.
