Job description
Elite Home Health, part of the LHC Group within the Optum family, is seeking a Speech Therapist in Home Health on a PRN basis to assess and treat speech and language disorders, swallowing, and cognitive impairments in patients' homes. You will develop and execute treatment plans, monitor progress, and educate patients and families.
The role requires state licensure in Speech Therapy, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.
