PRN Psychiatrist Opportunity
Novant Health is seeking a PRN Psychiatrist to cover shifts at Forsyth Medical Center and Thomasville Medical Center.
Opportunity Highlights:
Day Shift
Inpatient Psychiatrist will be caring for assigned patients on our 51-bed adult unit
Option to pick up shifts at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC and Thomasville Medical Center in Thomasville, NC
Candidate Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
Current MD license in appropriate state
Current DEA license required
Responsibilities & Duties:
Patient population: 18+ for acute care
Complete daily rounding and timely documentation on assigned patients
Collaborative approach with multidisciplinary treatment team that includes providers, nursing, therapy and support staff
