Job description
ProHealth Home Health in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Medical Social Worker (MSW) for PRN home visits. The MSW provides social work services to patients in their homes under physician orders and care plans, supervised by the Director of Clinical Services.
Qualified candidates hold an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program or a BSW with health care experience, with 1 year of health care social work. Excellent communication with physicians and families is required.
