Job description
The Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) is seeking a compassionate NP or PA to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered primary care on a PRN basis at the Dubois Clinic. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in a close‑knit rural community.
You will work with our medical team to serve patients across the lifespan, maintain accurate records, and participate in team‑based, relationship‑driven care in accordance with CHCCW policies and HIPAA.
