Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC seeks qualified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members. This PRN role lets you set a schedule with an 8-day monthly minimum, work autonomously, and get malpractice insurance and EMR support.
You’ll review medical histories, perform basic health checks, and travel locally to patients within your county.
