Job description
HealthPro Heritage in Plainview, NY is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our assisted living team. Therapy is provided Monday through Friday with no evenings or weekends, offering flexible scheduling and a patient-centered approach to care.
You will perform patient assessments, create personalized treatment plans, educate clients and families, document progress in records, and collaborate with nurses and therapists to enhance independence and daily living activities.
