Job description
Infinity Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work PRN at Christian Health Care Center in Lynden, WA. You will provide direct patient care to adults with varied medical conditions and support a therapist-led team using standardized assessments and evidence-based practices.
The role includes assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and collaborating with physicians. DOE, WA state OT license preferred; one year of OT experience is a plus. CEU opportunities and benefits offered.
