Job description
HealthMark Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist/OTR for Hewitt Nursing & Rehabilitation in Hewitt, Texas. The therapist will evaluate and treat residents per physician orders, and develop a plan of care with measurable goals to support discharge planning.
Responsibilities include documenting progress, complying with state and federal regulations, and ensuring safe, clean treatment spaces. Requires Texas licensure as an OTR and strong communication and organizational skills.
