PRN/On-Call Home Health Aide – 3rd Shift (Overnight)BrightStar Care of Fort Wayne, INMake a Difference on Your Schedule BrightStar Care of Fort Wayne is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team for PRN/On-Call 3rd Shift (overnight) assignments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping others.Schedule & Hours:PRN/On-CallOvernight Availability Required: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (shift lengths vary by client)Must commit to at least 8 on-call days per month (2 days/week)Great opportunity for supplemental income or flexible workPay & On-Call Bonus:$20/hour base rate for hours workedOn-call bonuses:$50 for on-call days when not deployed$25 for on-call days when deployed plus hourly pay for hours workedPremium Pay for 3rd Shift and Weekend assignmentsWeekly pay with direct depositResponsibilities:Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioningMonitor and report changes in client conditionPerform light housekeeping and meal preparation as neededFollow care plans and maintain accurate documentationRequirements:Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or CNA licenseAt least 6 months of caregiving experience (home health preferred)Must have open evening availability (8p–8a)Must commit to at least 8 on-call days (2 days/week)Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and valid auto insuranceMust be okay with traveling to client homes in the service areaCompassion, reliability, and professionalismWhy BrightStar Care?
