Job description
Putnam Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a 160-bed skilled facility in New York, is seeking a PRN/Per-Diem Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The OT will evaluate and treat geriatric residents to improve ADLs, strength, and independence.
The role collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other therapists to develop individualized treatment plans, provide adaptive equipment training, and implement fall-prevention strategies.
