Job description
Intermountain Health Logan InstaCare and North Cache InstaCare are seeking an Urgent Care Physician for PRN coverage in Logan, UT. The role entails 12-hour shifts (8 AM–8 PM) with weekend and holiday requirements, excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Required are an MD/DO degree, Pediatrics residency, and board certification or eligibility, plus an active Utah medical license and DEA. EPIC proficiency and successful credentialing are also expected.
