PRN Pharmacist - Clinical & Medication Safety Expert

Job description

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist - PRN to ensure safe and effective use of medications across the health system. You will review orders, identify clinical concerns, and collaborate with providers to optimize patient outcomes.

This PRN role requires Indiana licensure and a pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred). You will participate in adverse drug reaction reporting, QA&I activities, and ensure accurate documentation across pharmacy information systems.
