Job description
Encompass Health in Lubbock, TX is seeking a PRN Pharmacist to support safe, effective medication therapy for patients in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will verify and dispense medications, perform clinical medication reviews, provide dosing recommendations, manage anticoagulation and high‑risk drugs, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The pharmacist collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists, educates patients and staff, supports medication reconciliation, and contributes to quality and safety initiatives in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment.
