Job description
Work Schedule:
Per Diem, Varying schedule, this is an in person position, in person location will be UW Health's 2601 N Main St Clinic.
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

Qualifications Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience. Required
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
Work Experience Licenses & Certifications PBT(ASCP) Certification. Preferred
