Physical Therapy Assistant

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you'll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

Responsibilities include:

Ensuring every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.

With assistance of physical therapist, developing and implementing physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.

Assisting patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.

Discussing treatment with patients and recording patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.

Providing continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.

Operating and applying knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
