PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – C4 Chattanooga & C4 ClevelandHelp athletes recover. Support active adults. You'll use advanced tools, functional spaces, and hands-on skills to help patients get back to doing what they love.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out treatment plans designed by supervising Physical TherapistsGuide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional tasks, and sport-specific progressionsUtilize turf, compact court, and weight room areas to enhance rehab outcomesCommunicate effectively with PTs, athletic trainers, and support staffProvide an encouraging and engaging patient experienceDocument accurately and efficientlyFloat between C4 Chattanooga and C4 Cleveland as neededMinimum QualificationsLicensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)BLS (CPR) certification preferredStrong communication and customer-service skillsAbility to travel between C4 Chattanooga and C4 ClevelandA passion for serving athletes, active adults, and the outpatient orthopaedic populationA growth-minded, lifelong learner committed to evidence-based practice and continuous improvementAbout CSMO & C4The Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics is the region's leader in orthopaedic, sports medicine, and rehabilitation services.
