Job description
Lebanon Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care, assess functional status, and develop individualized rehabilitation programs in a long-term care setting.
The role includes supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, documenting progress, and educating patients and families while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.
