Job description
ProHealth Home Health is seeking a PRN Registered Physical Therapist to provide physician-prescribed physical therapy in patients’ homes in the South Dallas area. The PT will operate under physician orders, collaborate with the clinical team, and contribute to patient care planning and documentation.
Responsibilities include initial evaluations, progress notes, and in-home instruction for patients and families.
