Job description
Hireology is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist in Texas to join our in-house rehab team delivering person-centered care and positive outcomes for residents.
You will assess patients, develop and carry out treatment plans, document thoroughly, collaborate with the IDT, and provide patient and family education. Texas license required; SNF/long-term care experience preferred; flexible schedule.
