Job description
Evolve Therapy Services in Frenchburg, KY is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for our in-house Skilled Nursing Facility on a PRN basis. You will provide individualized therapy to residents, assess needs, and develop care plans.
Candidates must hold a BS in Physical Therapy, be licensed in the state, and commit to CMS-compliant documentation using NetHealth EMR. Growth opportunities available within the organization.
