Overview
nPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient- KORT -Lexington
nLocation: Lexington, KY
nSchedule: PRN on an as needed basis Monday - Friday
nCompensation: starting at $55.00/hour

n nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nMinimum Qualifications:
nnnGraduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
n
nnOutpatient clinical rotation if a current student
n
nnOutpatient experience in the last 5 years if a licensed clinician
n
nnValid State Physical Therapist License
n
nnCPR certification
n
