Overview
nPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient at Home- Louisville,KY
nLocation: Covering Louisville Downtown, Highlands, West End
nSchedule: PRN,3+ week days; 1 weekend/year
nCompensation: $55.00/visit week days; $65.00/visit weekends; with mileage reimbursement.
nnWe are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to help on an as-needed basis to cover 3 plus week days an 1 weekend a year working with our outpatient in home teams. We pair our coverage needs with your availability to create a schedule that is suited for you! Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics is ideal.

n nResponsibilities
n Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n nQualifications
nMinimum Qualifications:
n Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
Outpatient experience in the last 5 years
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
CPR certification
