PRN Physical Therapist (PT) - Traverse City, MI
Traverse City, MI | PRN / Per Diem
Join our therapy team as a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) and help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall quality of life. This flexible, as-needed position is ideal for a compassionate clinician seeking additional hours in a supportive healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical and functional limitations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Document patient progress and outcomes
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Current Michigan Physical Therapist license
Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills
Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings preferred
