Job description
Premise Health is seeking a PRN Physician Assistant to support our Lakewood, NY Health Center serving Cummins Engine employees. The role covers injury and illness care, exams, and preventive health under established guidelines, with shifts 11:00–3:00 and occasional early morning hours.
You will collaborate with physicians, manage case reviews, and help implement wellness and safety programs. Requirements include PA licensure, state narcotics license as needed, BLS/ACLS, and at least three years
