Job description
Human Touch Home Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for PRN home health opportunities in the rural communities surrounding Fredericksburg, VA. You will evaluate patients in their homes, develop individualized care plans, and deliver therapy with one-on-one attention.
Ideal candidates have an active Virginia PT license, a degree from an accredited PT program, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
