Job description
Assess patients’ and residents’ nutritional needs, develop interventions to support their nutritional status and quality of life, and provide nutrition expertise and education to care teams and individuals. Collaborate across departments on nutrition and dining-service procedures, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement. Work at Holy Redeemer Hospital and The Lafayette by Redeemer, with an average schedule of 8 hours per month.
