nPRN Registered Nurse (RN) – Non-Medical Home Care
nVero Beach & Indian River County, FL $50–$85 Per Visit | PRN / Per Diem | Flexible Schedule
nMilenis Home Care is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dependable PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing oversight for our non-medical home care services throughout Vero Beach and Indian River County.
nMilenis provides personalized non-medical home care for adults and seniors, children, postpartum mothers, and families who want support in the comfort of their homes.
nThis is an assessment, oversight, and supervisory role—not a skilled home-health nursing position.
nCompensation
nInitial Client Assessment: $80 /visit
nRoutine Supervisory Visit: $50/visit
nadministrative meeting or duty 40/hour
nClient Reassessment: $60/visit
nPediatric/Postpartum Assessment: $90/visit
nUrgent Same-Day assessment or Visit: $85/visit
nApproved caregiver training and administrative work paid separately
nBiweekly pay
nResponsibilities
nConduct initial client assessments
nDevelop and update non-medical plans of care
nPerform caregiver supervisory visits
nConduct client reassessments as needed
nEvaluate client needs within Milenis' non-medical scope
nProvide oversight, education, and guidance to caregivers
nAssist with caregiver orientation, training, and competency
nCommunicate with clients, families, caregivers, and management
nIdentify changes that may require referral to the client's healthcare provider
nMaintain accurate and timely documentation
nSupport quality assurance and regulatory compliance
nQualifications
nCurrent, unrestricted Florida RN license
nMinimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
nHome care, geriatrics, pediatrics, postpartum, community health, or supervisory experience preferred
nStrong assessment and documentation skills
nExcellent communication and organizational skills
nCompassionate, professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
nReliable transportation
nComfortable traveling throughout Indian River County
nSchedule
nPRN / Per Diem
nVisits are scheduled according to client and supervisory needs, with opportunities for additional visits as the local client base grows.
