We are currently seeking PRN Resident Care Assistants to work all shifts.The Resident Care Assistant will:Administer the care of residents under the supervision of licensed staff and assists professional nursing staff by performing routine tasks in the care of residentsAssist residents in adapting to changes that may occur due to illness and normal processes of agingUse one-on-one and group relationships to facilitate participation in activities, support interest, develop and sustain capacities and adaptive skills of residentsLead and coordinate various types of activities and programs for the residentsAssist in the development and implementation of care plansWith a 60-year history of success, MRC has over 1000+ employees and is growing!
