About This Role
The PRN RN in the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) at Cleveland Clinic provides exceptional nursing care, assisting patients from initial introduction to final send-off. This role is ideal for compassionate caregivers who thrive in a fast-paced outpatient surgery environment.

Pay: $41 - $41/hour
Location: Beachwood, OH
Facility: Beachwood Family Health and Surgery Center
Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift
What You'll Do
Provide clinical nursing in the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
Assess patient care needs and plan the delivery of care.
Process patients through the ASC.
Direct other caregivers in providing patient care.
Assume charge responsibilities and resolve problems.
Develop educational materials and provide health education.
Maintain nursing competencies.
Participate in preparing staff development programs.
Identify self-learning needs and establish goals.
Demonstrate respect for cultural and social differences.
Requirements
Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Experience:
One year of clinical experience as an RN in a perioperative or critical care setting OR three years of experience as a Surgical Technician
Licenses & Certifications:
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) within six months of hire
