Job description
WVU Medicine in Weirton seeks a PRN RN Casemanager to manage comprehensive patient care and facilitate transitions. This role includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and educating staff and families.
The ideal candidate must hold a current RN license and have at least five years of clinical experience, preferably with a BSN. You'll be responsible for discharge planning and communication with post-acute services.
