Job description
Home Care Network, Inc. in Ohio seeks a PRN RN Case Manager (RNCM) to join our agency. The role involves case management, recertifications, and travel to clients across the far-West Northwestern Ohio region, including Defiance, Van Wert, Paulding and surrounding counties.
